No Tryouts | No Experience Necessary

Ages 5-15 years old welcome

Football home games are played on Sunday @ TBA

Away Games at various Chicagoland locations

Season Starts August 1st

All Teams will compete at Conference competition and Regional competition

If your team places 1st or 2nd at Regional competition, you move on to National Competition in Orlando Florida (1st week in December)

We host a themed homecoming with many activities throughout the day

2018 Required Paperwork:

- 2018 Participant Contract & Parental Consent Form (Name and signatures required on second page)
- Birth Certificate (copy)
- Report Card (Pop Warner requires a report card that shows all 4 quarters, or all 3 trimesters)
- Medical Physical (must be dated 2018; Parents complete page 1; doctor completes page 2 & signs)

** ALL PAPERWORK IS DUE BEFORE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE ON AUGUST 1ST
